Clarion Call Day 95
Heavenly Father
With the Psalmist, I declare,
‘I will go in the strength of the Lord’
Please forgive my independent, self-reliant spirit
Which drives me to try and do everything in my own strength.
Teach me to rest in you
To spend time in your presence
To allow your Spirit to recharge my batteries
To renew, to restore, and to refresh
Help me to stop striving
And to get better at resting
So that I might serve you well
In Jesus’ name.
