Thank you for the richness of the imagery of your Word
For the amazing ways
In which you speak through the beauty of Scripture
Heavenly Father
Creator of all
Forgive the slowness of my understanding
My stumbling with truth
My struggle to learn
Holy Spirit
Teacher and guide
Open the eyes of my mind
To see and understand
To grow and to mature
Lord, help me to follow the Good Shepherd
To care well for fellow members of the flock
To welcome others to join us on the journey
