Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone. Colossians 4:6
Heavenly Father, Forgive
Forgive the words I have spoken
The words thrown out there
Harsh words which have said more about my own brokenness
Than the flaws of those I have criticised and spoken against.
May my conversation
Always be full of grace
And seasoned with salt
My words bringing blessings to others
Drawing them closer to you
Nothing that I say
Causing hurt
Winning points
Leaving scars
And through it all
May your name be glorified
