Heavenly Father
Almighty God
You give us glimpses into deeper things
Showing us mysteries we do not understand
Revealing truths which stretch our minds
Help us Lord
To stay true to your Word
To be open to your teaching
To have a longing for more of you
To allow you to lead us forward
In your perfect and powerful paths.
May your arms around us
Protect us from excess and error.
With the Psalmist I cry
‘Open my eyes, Lord,
that I might see
wonderful things in your law.’
