Bless the Lord, O my soul:
and all that is within me,
bless his holy name.
I lift up my heart and voice
To worship you Lord God.
You alone are worthy
You alone are God
And I praise you with all of my being.
Father, you have blessed me in so many ways
Blessed me despite myself
Blessed me in the midst of my unworthiness
And I thank you.
Help me, Heavenly Father,
To welcome and embrace your blessings
And to freely share them with others
That being blessed, I might bless others
In your name
