Heavenly Father
The One in whom we live and move and have our being
You are the God of Order
The God who has created the wonder of the universe
Who has placed the planets in their orbits.
Save us, O Lord
From rejecting your perfect ways
Replacing them with the wisdom of humanity
Choosing to make our own decisions
Rather than following your Word.
Help me to be a seeker and a follower of your ways
Today, and every day, Lord
In Jesus’ name.
